2024 / 2025 – Erasmus+ Project Mobilities – Application Form

Hereunder please find the list of upcoming Erasmus+ mobilities for various projects in which our school is participating. Our students are invited to take part in these mobilities:

“I Care for my Tomorrow” Romania 9th to 14th March 2025 8 students

“Let’s Play it Again” Greece 7th to 14th April 2025 8 students

“Landscapes” Greece 29th April to 3rd May 2025 3 students

“Let’s Play it Again” Lithuania 3rd to 10th May 2025 8 students

“Digi Leaders” Romania 11th to 16th May 2025 5 students

“Let’s Play it Again” Poland 22nd to 25th June 2025 4 students

Children must be in possession of a valid Maltese residency permit / VISA which will enable them to travel for this project meeting. If for any reason the child cannot travel, parents/guardians are to refund the school all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. The refund settlement is to be made by the end of the month of the mobility. The child’s passport must not expire within 90 days from the departure date.

Lunch and dinner expenses are not covered by these projects. Students are allowed to bring additional spending money should they wish to buy personal items, souvenirs, snacks etc. Students have full responsibility of their own money, payment cards, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, chargers, and any other personal belongings. Newark is not financially liable for any lost or stolen items.

A contribution fee of €100 per mobility is due when a child is chosen to participate in a project.
