Teacher of Physics and Science – VACANCY FILLED
A vacancy has arisen in our secondary school division for a Teacher of Physics and Science. The candidate will be expected to teach Science to year 7 and year 8 and Physics to students in year 9, 10 and 11 in line with the national curriculum framework. The classes are extremely small with not more than 18 students per class. The right candidate must have excellent reading, written and communication skills in English as subjects will be thought in English. In order to qualify for this post candidates must have one of the following:
– A’level in Physics and Science (or level 4 qualification)
– Level 5 or higher in Physics and Science
– Degree qualification
– or equivalent
Candidates with prior work experience in the related field are preferred however candidates with the above qualifications without experience should not be discouraged from applying too.
The working hours are from 7.45hrs – 13.50hrs Monday – Friday with paid holidays and term breaks.
Full induction training will be given to the right candidate and the candidate would be expected to start work on the 20th of September.
